How to Claim Your Money Back

  1. Complete the online claim form and submit along with a copy of your proof of purchase.
  2. Once we have received all the correct information we will contact you by email to authorise the return of the product to the address below:

Claims must be received by Epson within 30 days of purchase. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all the contents of the box. Damaged or soiled products may not be returned. Limited to one claim per customer. The return of the product must be at the cost of the customer.
